Who we are
The Boston Modern Quilt Guild was founded in 2010 with members hailing from Boston, MetroWest, and beyond. Our members are wide-ranging in experience - from just started to seasoned veteran - and style. We don’t get stuck on what is modern - if you think it is,we are happy to agree!
Our 2024 officers are:
-
Co-Presidents: Amy Kidd and Susan McKinney
-
Co-Vice Presidents: Joyce Husseini and Leneigh White
-
Treasurer: Jean Osborn
We generally meet the 3rd Saturday of the month from 1-3 PM. The location varies but is typically in a town near the junction of 128 and 90. Prospective members may attend one meeting free as a trial unless specifically noted as "members only." Show & Tell is always on the agenda at our meetings.
We also host an annual, members-only, 4-day retreat which is often the highlight of the year.
